Jenna is the founder and owner of Teach, Acquire, Thrive, LLC. She started this agency with the mission in mind to provide high quality, ethical, progressive, and culturally humane ABA therapy. Mixing the concepts of "old-school" ABA with newer research, training, and curriculum, to provide clients truly individualized, mindful, and compassionate ABA therapy.

Faith Seleska

Faith is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Faith started her journey working with individuals with special needs while getting her Associates in Human Services. While getting her Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development, she started working as a paraeducator for the county. While working as a paraeducator, Faith worked alongside a BCBA and found her passion for behavioral intervention.

Erin Williams

Erin Williams is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She started in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2011 as a behavior technician and discovered her passion for making socially significant changes in the lives of individuals with developmental disorders, as well as their families. She quickly changed her college major to pursue a career in ABA and the rest is history.

Mykel Allen

Mykel is the Director of Human Resources for Teach, Acquire, Thrive LLC. He started with the company in 2021. He currently holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and Statistics. After graduating he started working for After-School Care Enrichment Services (ACES). This really started his passion for helping and serving in a community.

Natasha Allen

Natasha is the Vice President of Operations for TAT. Natasha graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Public Health with a concentration of health administration and a minor in leadership studies. She has a passion to help bridge the gap of access to healthcare for underserved communities.
