Erin Williams

Erin Williams is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She started in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2011 as a behavior technician and discovered her passion for making socially significant changes in the lives of individuals with developmental disorders, as well as their families. She quickly changed her college major to pursue a career in ABA and the rest is history.

Her certifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Registered Behavior Technician, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She worked her way up from behavior technician to clinical assistant and trainer to clinical supervisor to Behavior Analyst. Her favorite parts of her job are advocating for her clients and the excitement she feels when her clients take a step, however big or small, towards independence.

In her free time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, fishing, hiking, and spending time with her niece and nephew.
