Faith Seleska

Faith is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Faith started her journey working with individuals with special needs while getting her Associates in Human Services. While getting her Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development, she started working as a paraeducator for the county. While working as a paraeducator, Faith worked alongside a BCBA and found her passion for behavioral intervention.

Faith began her journey towards her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in August 2019 at UMass Global. Fatih finished her masters in 2021, and became a BCBA in September 2023. What drove Faith to work with TAT was the founder and owner's mission to better fuel the company and the field of ABA in a progressive manner. Faith began working with TAT in January 2022 where she worked in person before moving to Southeast Texas. Faith has grown in her role as a telehealth supervisor from being a clinical supervisor to a BCBA. Although Faith is working remotely she does not let this impact her service to her clients and staff. Faith is mindful to help create client programs through collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that there is an individualized approach to how objectives are implemented.

In her spare time, Faith likes to spend time with her husband and their 2 cats, going on hikes, trying new eateries, exploring her new home of Southeast Texas, and preparing to start her new journey as a mother.
