Amy Kräge
After growing up with a family member on the spectrum, Amy always knew she wanted to work in the field of psychology but did not realize her passion for ABA until after earning her MS. Originally planning to teach at a community college, Amy graduated her master’s program during the recession and accepted a job working as a paraeducator at a public elementary school with a preschool program for children with autism. This is where she met a brilliant and dynamic doctorate-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who inspired her to continue her education and become a BCBA under her supervision so she could also help children with autism in a direct and meaningful way.
While studying towards becoming a BCBA, Amy accepted a position as a mid-level supervisor at a small ABA company where she first met Teach, Acquire, Thrive’s incredible CEO Jenna Morgan. Once board certified, Amy went on to work under Jenna’s supervision as the Regional Director of the Beale AFB branch of a larger ABA company for 3 years until Jenna left to begin her own company that provides individualized services with compassion and care (TAT!).
Amy is thrilled to be working with Jenna again as a Clinical Director at TAT and has been working with the company since October of 2019. Amy’s specialties include ADHD support(s), helping children develop coping skills, and teaching emotional intelligence. Amy keeps a work-life balance by practicing yoga, enjoying time in nature with her family, taking silly pictures of her cats, and performing live music with her husband.
